After payment confirmation, orders are dispatched via CTT (Portuguese postal service) by registered mail, allowing continuous tracking of your order's status.

Delivery timeframes:
- Mainland Portugal: 2–5 business days (orders placed on weekdays before 6 PM)
- Azores: up to 10 business days (sea freight)
- Madeira: up to 3 business days (air freight)

LSSV guarantees that orders are shipped from our facilities within the indicated timeframe. However, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or delays caused by the carrier once the order is in transit. If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
