Broad Bean Super Aguadulce

A robust and generous broad bean, with impressively long pods and creamy seeds that are equally suited to fresh consumption or drying.

About the variety. Of Spanish origin, Superaguadulce reaches 90 cm in height and produces pods of 15–17 cm, pointed and slightly curved. A valuable feature: the pods can be harvested very young, before the seeds develop, and prepared as a sautéed green.
