Asian Vegetable Red Giant
A visually striking Asian green, with broad, serrated leaves of intense bright green and red veins that stand out in the bed.
About the variety. Red Giant is a leaf mustard with a characteristic peppery flavour that mellows in cooler temperatures — while the red colouring of the veins deepens. Cold-tolerant, it grows to around 30 cm.

Prefers locations with a temperate climate, with a cold and rainy season and dry summers.
Fertilização
Not a demanding crop, though it responds well to the application of compost as a base fertilizer.
Rega
Care must be taken with watering, as the crop frequently requires moisture and tolerates drought poorly. Drip irrigation is therefore a good option for this crop.
