About the variety. The Tomate Des Andes produces long, horn-shaped fruits with an orange-red colour, thick flesh, few seeds and few hollow spaces. Highly productive, the indeterminate-habit plant requires staking. It is a French tomato particularly prized for homemade sauces and dehydrating.
