Quadrato d´Asti Giallo pepper

A large sweet pepper with intense yellow colour, a classic of Italian tradition.

About the variety. Square-shaped and very aromatic, it ripens from green to yellow and, when fully ripe, turns orange. Each compact plant (40 cm) produces 8 to 10 fruits of 70–80 g, with no need for pruning or staking.
