Broad Bean
Broad Bean - Bean crop for winter production, best sown in autumn to avoid aphids. Choose a sheltered spot, and position away from strong winds. Sown in November, seeds will germinate within two to four weeks and young plants should overwinter and recommence growth as soon as conditions are favourable in spring. Sow repeatedly to have a longer season.
